Governor Sean Parnell Visits the Marine Exchange . . . March 24, 2010
Governor Parnell and his Chief of Staff, Mike Nizich, visited the Marine Exchange of Alaska’s vessel tracking operations center on 24 March to learn how the system aids safe, secure, efficient and environmentally sound maritime operations. The State has been a financial supporter of the system for the last eight years, which is used by Departments of Commerce, Transportation (AMHS ), DMVA, Fish and Game, Pubic Safety and Environmental Conservation
