The internet offers many tides and current programs that are either free or at very low cost. These programs are based on a program called XTide, a Unix based program. Other programs are available for Windows and Mac based computers and PDAs. We have complied a list of these tides and currents programs for your convenience and investigation. These programs all contain the following warning about their use.
