Vessel Tracking Enrollment



Gain access to the most comprehensive terrestrial and satellite vessel tracking system in Alaska


  1. Complete and submit the enrollment form. Please include the details of your vessel tracking needs (e.g. description of vessel(s), reporting period, transit region(s)).
  2. A MXAK representative will review your enrollment, follow up with any questions, and provide a proposal.
  3. Once services are agreed upon, you will receive an email from replyTo@intuit.com with the subject "Invoice from Marine Exchange of Alaska.”
  4. After payment is received a "Welcome Aboard" e-mail with a PACTRACS username and password will be sent.

During regular business hours, we can typically put together a proposal within a few hours. After business hours, or on the weekend, look for it to arrive the next business day. If you have not received it within these timeframes, please check your spam/junk folders for emails from the above addresses.
